With more and more countries and places having lockdowns and school closures due to the spread of COVID-19 pandemic, teaching online has become an important way to keep students in the track of receiving knowledge and education. It's quite a big challenge for teachers, as they need to learn how to teach online with the correct tools and methods. There are several ways of teaching online. Having live-streaming courses will surely provide the most similar experience to offline courses. But for students who would like to have and go over courses at any time, recorded courses would be a nice choice, too.
For teachers who want to do recorded courses but not sure about how to do it, I'd like to introduce you Edmodo classroom. It offers a simple and practical way for teachers to record their courses with their slides. Follow the steps and you will have your well-prepared recorded course for your students.

II. Course preparations

Choose the content you would like to teach and create slides for them. You can try using our subject tools on the sidebar to make your slides more interesting. Make sure that they are attractive enough to keep students focused.

Here you can make changes to your settings for your record, including the input devices, the quality of the video, and whether you are recording with a watermark.
III. Start recording and share it
Once you've done all the preparations, hit the record button on the top-right corner and choose Start Recording.
A control panel will appear in the lower right corner. With it, you can view the duration of your recording, start / pause your recording, or end and save your current recording.
When you've finished recording your course, hit the save button and your recording will appear in My Recording. Here your can locate your recording file or delete it if you are not satisfied with it.
When you have located your recording file, send it to your students for them to have an unforgettable learning experience. To make that more convenient, we've done experiments to keep the size of Edmodo classroom's recording file as small as possible to make it easier to transmit online.
